KeSEMaT's Activities in The Early of Augustus

Semarang, Central Java. In the early of Augustus, KeSEMaT had many activities such as (1) Attending Discussion of Semarang Insight: Semarang, The Charming of Asia (SPA) held by SMART FM (2) Doing site-visit with KOMPASS UNISBANK to Bedono Village, Demak (3) Following National Meeting (MUNAS) of National Marine Science Student Society (HIMITEKINDO) (4) Doing mangrove-survey in Trimulyo Village, Semarang (5) Visiting Mr. Suyadi, mangrove-expert in Rembang and (6) Doing mangrove-survey with Marine and Fisheries Department of Semarang (DKP PEMKOT) Semarang in Rembang.

In July, 30 2007, KeSEMaT's representative R. S. Bayu Mangkurat (MENWEBNET) attending Discussion of Semarang Insight: SPA held by SMART FM Semarang in Suite Room of Ciputra Hotel Semarang. It started at 9.30 AM until 12 AM.

After that, in July, 31 2007, Agus Susanto (MENDIKTAN) as representative of KeSEMaT with student of KOMPASS UNISBANK doing site visit to Bedono Village, Demak. It had aim to looking for location of mangrove re-plantation. Student had plan doing mangrove re-plantation to celebrate the birthday of their organization.

Meanwhile, Sapto Pamungkas (MENPORSI) and Faradhian Fahmi (Member), in 27 July - 1 Augustus 2007, had attended MUNAS HIMITEKINDO, at IPB Bogor. This activities had theme: Vision of Indonesia as Maritime Country in 2025. It conducted by seminar and MUNAS. Participants came from representatives of Indonesian University such as UNSRI, UNRI, UNHAS, UNKHAIR, UNDIP, ITB, IPB, dan ITS.

Survey of Mangrove Project in Trimulyo, Genuk Second Phase had done in July, 28 2007. Project team Aris Priyono (DK), Arief Marsudi Harjo (DP), Andi Rahman (Alumnus), Muhamad Ikhsan S. H. (President), Isna Bahtiar (MENSEK), Windy Indra Ardiansyah (Member), Pramitha Apriliani (Member) and M. Sidiq (field coordinator) had surveyed location of mangrove re-plantation in Trimulyo Village.

In July, 29 and August 2, 2007 KeSEMaT and DKP PEMKOT's team visited Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang surveying mangrove seeds. [<]
