KGTA of Mangrove REpLaNT 2007

Teluk Awur - Jepara, Central Java. In September, 11 2007 Handung Nuryadi (President) and Windy Indra Ardiansyah (MENDIKTAN) had conducted KeSEMaT Goes To Arboretum (KGTA). They was checking the sustainability of mangrove seeds. These seeds were result of Mangrove REpLaNT 2007.

KGTA focused on two sites. The first site lied beside dormitory student and the second one were Arboretum of KeSEMaT behind The Campus of FPIK UNDIP Teluk Awur Jepara. It was held at 4 PM until 5.30 PM.

The result, there were 20% sustainability of mangrove seeds in the first location. It was because substrate incompatible with the seeds species (Rhizophora mucronata). Meanwhile, at the second location, there were sustainability up to 90%. It was because substrate compatible with seeds (Rhizophora mucronata, Ceriops tagal and C. decandra). [<]
